Following the meetings in Croatia and Portugal, Innoversa Factory and SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd are hosting the project meeting this time. A comprehensive programme was organised, including meetings, presentations, tours of the laboratories and departments, and a detailed introduction to the participants at the BBW, life at the BBW, its vocational training, and the wide range of programmes and support services available to trainees. Thanks to the support of colleagues, teachers, vocational trainers, marketing coordinators, and department heads, an impressive programme was delivered across various departments, including ELO/IT, Technical Product Design, Metalworking Professions, Automotive Mechanics, pre-vocational education and training measures, the Technological Education Center, and much more. Particularly impressive was the commitment of the participants, who presented the various processes and projects confidently and competently despite the size of the visiting group. The Green ASC VET - Metautism project supports autistic people aged 14 and over in vocational education and training through modern XR technologies. Its aim is to strengthen independent career choices, skills development, and equal opportunities. Through XR-supported training, individual curricula, and a campaign to raise awareness among employers, an international team of experts from six countries (Croatia, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, Belgium, and Denmark) is laying the foundations for inclusive education and fair working conditions. The focus is on sustainable, environmentally friendly education and the promotion of the fundamental rights to education and work.
